In the last 20+ years, I have launched three businesses, excelled in prestigious international accounting firms such as Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and have served in higher education environments. I am recognized as an entrepreneur, visionary leader, speaker, and coach. My passion for producing effective leaders and supporting businesses is what drives my consulting practice Nyrka Riskin Professional Training and Coaching based in Central Florida and Miami. I am fluent in Spanish, have an MBA from Florida State University, and I am also a three-time award winner for my development of customized leadership programs.

When I am not working, I am an Advisory Board Member for Florida Southern’s College Enactus Program, whose mission is to engage the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders to use innovation and business principles to improve the world. I am also a board member at Pace Center for Girls in Lakeland, a member of United Way of Central Florida Women's Leadership Council, a member of Downtown Kiwanis Club of Lakeland, and a past graduate of Leadership Lakeland, Class of XXXI. Previously, I served on the Board of Top Buttons, Lakeland Vision, and Girls, Inc. of Lakeland.
